Prototype and test faster
Move from digital model to physical part so you can evaluate fit, form, and function before larger manufacturing decisions.
Manufacturing capability
RAD Automations uses 3D printing to create prototypes, functional parts, custom products, and small production runs with less upfront cost than traditional manufacturing. It is a practical way to test designs, solve one-off problems, create branded items, or bring personal projects and gift ideas into the real world without owning, tuning, or troubleshooting a printer.

Why 3D Printing?
Use 3D printing when you need to learn quickly, produce in smaller quantities, or create products that are not ready for larger manufacturing commitments.
Move from digital model to physical part so you can evaluate fit, form, and function before larger manufacturing decisions.
Print fixtures, brackets, display pieces, replacement parts, and custom objects built around a practical use case.
Make short-run batches, branded products, and limited product releases without large minimum orders or tooling commitments.
Match supported material and color choices to product testing, presentation, branding, and end-use needs.
Pricing
Custom 3D prints start at $3 per print hour plus filament costs. Every print includes the RAD guarantee, so you are paying for a finished result, not printer trial and error.
Pricing is based on expected print time and filament used, giving small projects, gifts, prototypes, and one-off parts a practical way to start.
Focus on the idea, design, or final product — and leave the printing process to us. We handle the setup, tuning, and failed attempts, so you do not lose time or money on wasted filament. With the RAD Guarantee, you only pay for successful results.
Model design
We help customers turn descriptions or images into printable models. We can also customize existing models with logos, images, text, names, labels, or other details that make the print specific to your project.
Customization
Use this when you already have a model and want to modify it with logos, images, text, names, branding, or other project-specific changes.
Ground-up design
Model design is different from customization: we are designing a model from the ground up using your description, image, reference, or product idea as the starting point.
RAD Guarantee
We only charge for successful prints, so you can focus on the result instead of the process.
Every print has a purpose. Whether you are testing an idea, giving a gift, displaying a piece, or selling a product, we want the final result to feel right. If something misses the mark, we will work with you to make it right.
Failed prints are a normal part of 3D printing, but they should not be your problem. RAD Automations handles the setup, tuning, troubleshooting, and reprints — you are only billed for successful, usable results.
If a print needs a design change, different material, or better production approach, we will explain what we are seeing and walk you through the practical options before moving forward.
