This Privacy Policy applies to all services, applications, websites, and products operated by RAD Automations (“RAD Automations,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), whether existing now or introduced in the future. This policy governs the collection, use, and sharing of information through the unified RAD Automations account system (the “RAD Account”).
Individual services may publish Service-Specific Privacy Addenda that supplement this Privacy Policy. In the event of a conflict, the Service-Specific Privacy Addendum controls only for that Service.
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to all RAD Automations services and platforms. It does not apply to third-party services that operate independently under their own privacy policies.
2. The RAD Account
RAD Automations uses a unified account system that allows access to multiple services with a single set of credentials. Information associated with your RAD Account may be shared internally across RAD Automations services for authentication, security, customer support, billing, and service improvement purposes.
3. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly, information collected automatically through your use of the services, and service-specific information necessary to provide and improve functionality. The types of information collected may evolve over time as services change or expand.
You are responsible for ensuring that information you provide to RAD Automations is accurate and kept up to date.
This may include usage, diagnostic, and performance data collected to understand how services are used and to support internal development, testing, and improvement.
4. How We Use Information
We use information to operate, maintain, and improve services; authenticate users; provide customer support; communicate with users; ensure security; prevent fraud and abuse; and comply with legal obligations.
We may also use information to inform users about other RAD Automations services, features, or updates that may be relevant to their use of the platform.
We do not sell personal information or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
5. Data Sharing
We may share information internally within RAD Automations and with third-party service providers who process data on our behalf for purposes such as hosting, payment processing, analytics, and AI processing. These providers are required to maintain appropriate confidentiality and security safeguards.
We may also disclose information to comply with legal requirements or protect the rights and safety of RAD Automations and others.

In the event of a personal data breach involving personal information, RAD Automations will notify affected users and, where applicable, relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.
8. Your Rights and Choices

9. Children’s Privacy
RAD Automations does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13, except where a service is explicitly designated as directed to children and governed by a Service-Specific Privacy Addendum.
Certain services, including AI-powered services, are not directed to children under 13. Where a service is intended for children, RAD Automations will provide a separate addendum describing additional protections and parental consent requirements.
10. International Users
RAD Automations is based in the United States. By using the services, you acknowledge that information may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other jurisdictions.
11. Relationship to Service-Specific Privacy Addenda
Each RAD Automations service may publish a Service-Specific Privacy Addendum that describes additional data collected, service-specific data usage, and retention practices unique to that service.
These addenda supplement—but do not replace—this Privacy Policy. In the event of a conflict, the Service-Specific Privacy Addendum controls only with respect to the applicable service.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
